Brian has over 4 years of experience in the veterinary industry working in Accounting/Finance, Construction, and Facilities. He currently leads all new builds, interior upfits, and existing remodels starting with conceptual design until final completion. A background in finance allows Brian to also handle the budget and cost arm of these projects as well.
In addition to Construction, Brian also works with Ops Leads to manage operational Profit & Loss Budgets and improve cost efficiencies. This can range anywhere from standard monthly expenses to larger capital expenditures.
