Robin Dehoog

Robin Dehoog has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Robin began their career in 2011 as an Interviewer at Humber College. In the same year, they also worked as a Human Resources Assistant at AlarmForce Industries Inc., where they provided support to the Human Resources Manager and was involved in recruitment and selection, Joint Health and Safety Committee, Social Committee and generalist functions. In 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at CI Investments Inc., where they supported the recruitment function and provided full cycle recruitment support. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at AlarmForce Industries Inc., where they reported to the Director, HR, provided day to day HR support and counsel to employees and managers regarding employee communications, process and policy, oversaw payroll and benefits administration, tracked and logged incoming HR related data, and coordinated and maintained HR files. Since 2018, they have been working as a Human Resources Generalist at Vetster Inc.

Robin Dehoog obtained a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management in Human Rights from Carleton University between 2005 and 2009. In 2010 and 2011, Robin completed a Human Resources Management Certificate from Humber College. Additionally, Robin has a certification as a Certified Human Resources Professional from the Human Resources Professional Association.
