Allison Newton

Allison Newton, CPA, CA, has held various roles in the finance and corporate development field since starting at Crowe Soberman in 2012. Allison has worked as a Senior Staff Accountant and Summer Student at Crowe Soberman before joining VetStrategy as a Financial Analyst in Corporate Development. In their current role as Director, Treasury at VetStrategy, Allison is responsible for acquiring Veterinary Hospitals and Animal Clinics, creating valuation models, leading due diligence processes, and negotiating agreements with legal teams. Allison holds an Honours Specialization in Accounting from Western University.
