Paul Rakowski

Paul Rakowski currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Legal at VetStrategy, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Paul held various senior leadership positions at CareRx Corporation from September 2017 to April 2025, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel, as well as Vice President and General Counsel. Paul’s legal career began at Stikeman Elliott LLP, where services were rendered as a lawyer from September 2009 to August 2017. Paul holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, both completed between 2004 and 2008.
