Carsten is currently the SVP of Global Sales Organization & Supply Chain Management at Vetter Pharma, where they lead an interdisciplinary team focused on enhancing delivery processes and overseeing market development initiatives. Prior to this role, Carsten held the position of SVP of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Procurement at Vetter Pharma, where they managed customer service operations and achieved high levels of organizational performance and customer success. Before joining Vetter Pharma, Carsten served as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Management at Qimonda and held various roles at Infineon Technologies, Tyco International Inc. USA, and Siemens.
