Dominic Lübche began their work experience in 2013 with an internship at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development Los Angeles/Long Beach. In 2014, they worked as an Inbetriebnahme Ingenieur at KUKA Systems GmbH. From 2015 to 2017, they served as an Instandhaltungsingenieur at Wieland Group. In 2017, Dominic joined Vetter Pharma and held the role of Teammanager - Aseptische Produktion for a short period of time before being promoted to the position of Head of Production Engineering. In this role, they were responsible for the development and expansion of the production site, with a focus on automatic visual inspection systems. Dominic also oversaw maintenance activities, participated in investment planning, and prepared monthly reports. Dominic played a role in customer and regulatory audits, and they ensured the smooth commissioning of new inspection systems. Additionally, they implemented production optimization processes and provided leadership and development opportunities for their team of engineers.

Dominic Lübche's education history includes a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Elektrotechnik from Ulm University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014.
