Sean Gallagher has extensive work experience in engineering and operations. Sean started their career with Avon in 2007, where they worked as a Project Engineer and later as a Processing Advisor. In these roles, they managed capital projects, coordinated construction efforts, and supervised associates in a regulated environment.
In 2011, they joined DSM Functional Materials as a Site Engineer. Here, they provided management of site processes, led teams in cost and efficiency improvements, and managed contractors for installations and maintenance.
Since 2014, Sean has been working at Vetter Pharma-Fertigung GmbH & Co. KG. Sean started as a Plant Engineer and then progressed to the roles of Engineering Supervisor, Engineering Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Engineering Operations.
