Lucas Young is an accomplished professional in technology and film, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at VeVe since June 2025, and as a Director at Developing Films Ltd. since May 2022. With extensive experience as CTO of THE REEL SCENE LTD and in various technical roles at ECOMI and HERB, Lucas has an impressive background in operations, technical support, and full-stack development. Earlier career highlights include founding Digitalus Ltd. and serving as Lead Developer, alongside a pivotal role as Data Wrangler at Weta Digital during the production of major films. Lucas's educational background includes degrees in Film and Russian from the University of Auckland, and Astrophysics from Massey University, complemented by coursework at The Reel Scene.
