Ethan Butler is a Customer Success Manager at Vevox since January 2023, previously serving as a Customer Success Advisor at Sovos EMEA from October 2018 to March 2022, where key performance indicators included reducing churn and improving client renewal rates for a client portfolio valued at approximately $2 million.
