Robert Jablonski

Robert Jablonski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic growth across various industries. Currently serving as CEO and Owner of Vexilar LLC and AWC Distributing LLC since October 2023, Robert also operates as an Operating Partner at Ronin Equity Partners and provides consulting through SummitWorks LLC. Previous roles include CEO of Perrin Manufacturing, where Robert drove significant growth in a turnaround situation, and Vice President of Engineering at Gopher Resource, where Robert tripled EBITDA. Notable positions also include leadership roles at Associated Materials, Pella Corporation, Baker Furniture, Kohler Co., and DELPHI PACKARD ELECTRIC SYSTEMS. Robert holds an Executive MBA from the University of St. Thomas, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
