Bill Franklin began their work experience in 2013 as a Customer Service/Problem Resolution Representative at Convergys, where they stayed until September 2017. In 2018, they joined The Ranch at Dove Tree as a Mental Health Technician. Currently, they are employed at Vexus Fiber as a Customer Service Representative, starting in July 2022.

Bill Franklin attended Lake Land College from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Accounting and Business/Management. Bill also previously attended Lake Land College from 1985 to 1986, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
