Morenike Ominike

Morenike Ominike is currently serving as the Chief of Staff and Head of Regulatory Compliance at VFD Group Plc. Prior to this role, Morenike held positions at Asset & Resource Management Holding Company (ARM HoldCo) and Afrinvest West Africa where Morenike managed compliance functions, formulated strategies for increasing assets under management, and ensured strict compliance with audit and statutory regulations. With a background in investment analysis and wealth management, Morenike has a Master of Business Administration degree from Business School Netherlands and a B.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Olabisi Onabanjo University.
