Chin-Tuan Boo

Chin-Tuan Boo is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations and strategy, currently serving as Chief Operations & Strategy Officer at VFlowTech since December 2023. Prior to this role, Chin-Tuan Boo held significant positions at Keppel Shipyard, where responsibilities included General Manager of Operations Excellence, focusing on process improvement, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance. Experience at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore included serving as Head Plans Branch (Lieutenant Colonel), where Chin-Tuan Boo developed capabilities for Army logistics and managed the O&S budget. Additional leadership roles encompassed commanding and training active armored battalions, participation in innovation initiatives, and overseeing large-scale projects such as the infrastructure development for the National Day Parade 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Information Technology from the Australian Defence Force Academy and further studies at SIMTech and INSEAD.
