In 2007, they joined VFS Global and held several roles including Operations Manager, Senior Manager, Country Manager, Key Program Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Operations. Throughout their career, Vijay has demonstrated expertise in driving solutions, strategies, and growth, with a focus on revenue ownership, customer satisfaction, and program success.
