Lyndsey Bowlus, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lyndsey started their career in 2001 as a Leadership and Organizational Development Associate at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital, where they facilitated and trained employees at all levels of the company. Lyndsey also worked as an HR Generalist at Carolinas Hospital System, where they recruited nursing and professional positions and maintained the HRIS database.

In 2006, Lyndsey joined ATI Allvac as a Training Analyst, managing the training infrastructure and logistics for several sites in the US. Lyndsey also created and designed an audit process to proactively address system gaps. Later, they worked as a Consultant at the NC Employment Security Commission in 2009, and as a Training Coordinator at Continental Tire from 2010 to 2011.

Lyndsey then took on the role of President of Taylor Glenn Townhomes at Community Association Management, where they served from 2008 to 2017. In 2018, they became a Board Member with treasury responsibilities at Queen City Honor Flight.

More recently, Lyndsey has been involved with the VFW Auxiliary, serving as the Senior Vice President for VFW #2423 from 2019 to 2020, and currently as the Auxiliary President. Lyndsey has also served as a Board Member for the Union County HR Association from 2005 to 2009.

Throughout their career, Lyndsey has demonstrated their expertise in training, leadership development, HR management, and association leadership.

Lyndsey Bowlus, PHR completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree specialized in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix in 2006. Lyndsey also holds a certification in Instructional Design: Adult Learners obtained from LinkedIn in November 2022. There is no information provided about their education from Dale Carneige.
