Prior to retirement, Scott Sergeant worked at The VGM Group, where roles included Content Specialist and Manager of e-Learning Development from August 2003 to August 2019. Scott Sergeant holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Iowa State University, obtained between 1974 and 1976.
