Molly J. Chicchelly, AINS, CAWC, has extensive experience in customer service, marketing, and management. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at VGM Insurance Services since December 2017, Molly has also held positions as Marketing Manager, Lead Generation Specialist, and Agency Specialist within the same organization. Previous roles include Customer Service Representative at Farmers State Bank and WRSL Consultant and Admissions Assistant at Wartburg College, where responsibilities involved supporting students and managing office tasks. Molly gained valuable experience as an Executive Assistant Intern at Elite Takedown Club, managing event planning and marketing, and as an intern at Financial Decisions Group, focusing on personal financial services. Early in the career, Molly worked as a waitress at Pizza Hut and as a Detassler at Pioneer Foods. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wartburg College.
