Johan Huijbers

Johan Huijbers is an experienced professional in property management and technical oversight with a diverse background in the industry. Since November 2022, Johan has served as the owner of Huijbers Technical Management and additionally holds the role of Property Manager a.i. at VGP since March 2023. Previous positions include Property Manager at Event Hotels from August 2021 to December 2022, Hoofd Technisch Beheer at Megens Installaties from August 2020 to August 2021, and Accountmanager at Breman Woningbeheer Zuid from January 2020 to July 2020. Johan also worked at GUTS Installatietechniek B.V. as Servicemanager Beheer & Onderhoud and Servicemanager from April 2013 to January 2020, following a tenure as Contractcoördinator, Servicecoördinator, and Werkvoorbereider at Guts Retail from February 2007 to March 2013. Johan holds an HBO degree in Facilitair Management from NCOI Opleidingen (2019-2020), a Werkvoorbereider degree in Werktuigbouwkunde from Post-MBO MIT (2007-2009), and a Technicus werktuigkundige installaties degree from Summa (2004-2007).
