Matthias Sander

Matthias Sander serves as the Chief Operating Officer for East Europe and Chief Investment Officer at VGP since January 2018. Prior to this role, Matthias held the position of Geschäftsführer at Knorr-Bremse from February 2006 to September 2017, where significant accomplishments included the restructuring of the Liberec site, optimizing project acquisition, and enhancing the sales organization in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, leading to sustainable growth through the implementation of effective Lean processes.
