Alessandra Bollani

Alessandra Bollani has worked in the travel and tourism industry since 1990. Alessandra began their career as a Travel Agent for Creative Tours LTD Milano, where they specialized in Business Travel, Groups and Incentives. Alessandra then moved to LE MARMOTTE TRAVEL AGENCY in Busto Arsizio (VA) in 1992, where they worked as a Booking Operator for Groups & Incentives. In 1998, they began working as a Booking Operator for FALISCA TOUR OPERATOR in Milano. Alessandra then joined Amadeus Italia as a Business Consultant, where they provided first-level support, assisted top clients, and managed tariffs and ticketing. Alessandra also held the position of Customer Care Specialist from January 2005 to January 2006. Since 2017, they have served as a Project Manager for both VGS Holding and Bluvacanze.

Alessandra Bollani obtained their First Certificate in English as a Foreign Language from the Hampestead School of English from 1989 to 1990. Alessandra then attended the Istituto Professionale per il commercio e il turismo Sibilla Aleramo Busto Arsizio from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained an Operatore Turistico degree. Currently, they are studying Project Management Professional (PMP) Credential at the Project Management Institute.
