Darren Soo

Darren Soo is a Senior Data Analyst at VGW, where responsibilities include planning third-party integrations to improve operational efficiency and leading strategic planning for risk mitigation. Previously, Darren served as a Data Analyst on the Trust & Safety team, emphasizing fraud risk management and customer experience optimization. With a background in data analysis and research, Darren has held various positions at Murdoch University, contributing to a novel extreme learning machine algorithm as a co-author and providing academic support to Information Technology students.
