Eli Ferrall

Head of Product, Global Poker at VGW

Eli Ferrall is currently the Head of Product at Global Poker, a position they have held since March of 2018. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant and User Experience Specialist at Ignia from October 2016 to March 2018. There, they were responsible for developing internal UX design standards and quality assurance processes, as well as cross-practice capability development and mentoring team members. Before that, Eli was the Experience Design Lead at Folk from August 2008 to October 2016. In that role, they headed up Folk's UX and design practice in Western Australia, working closely with development partner Readify to provide specialist research, strategy and design services. This included stakeholder and user consultation, information architecture, interaction design, user interface design, prototyping, project management, delivery management, and working with local and remote teams and clients within an agile framework. Eli has also worked as a Subject Matter Expert for the Department of Justice and Attorney General from March 2008 to August 2008.

Eli Ferrall has a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) from University of Technology Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma coursework in Psychology from Monash University. Eli also has an HSC from Mullumbimby High School. Eli is certified from Scrum.org in Professional Scrum Master.
