Jennifer Blum

Jennifer Blum has been the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President of Operations Support at VHA Home HealthCare since 2008.

Prior to joining VHA, Jennifer was Director, Financial Planning at University Health Network, a health care organization comprised of Toronto General, Toronto Western, and Princess Margaret hospitals, and Toronto Rehab. Her experience also includes tenure as the VP Finance and CFO at the Ontario Centres of Excellence where she developed strategic partnerships to encourage private investment in start-up technologies in communications and IT.

Jennifer is currently on the board of Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) one of the largest telemedicine networks in the world. It uses two-way videoconferencing to provide access to care for patients in every hospital and hundreds of other health care locations across the province.
