Noel Carr

Noel Carr, MBA has extensive work experience in finance, healthcare, and marketing. Noel is currently employed at VHC Health as the Senior Director of Finance, Nursing, and Hospital Operations. Prior to this, they worked at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System in various roles including Director of Finance, Nursing and Cardiovascular Medicine, Director of Finance, Nursing, and Senior Financial Analyst. Noel also completed an MBA internship in Practice Management, Surgery at Penn Medicine.
