Richard Krumenacker has a strong background in facilities planning, construction, and project management. Richard started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Summer Consultants, Inc. in 2000 and worked there until 2006. Richard then joined Arlington County Government, where they served as the Facilities Management Construction Management Supervisor from 2006 to 2013, and later as the Facilities Design & Construction Program Manager from 2014 to 2016. Since 2016, Richard has been working at VHC Health, initially as a Construction Project Manager, then progressing to Associate Vice President of Facilities Planning & Construction, and currently serving as the Vice President of Facilities, Construction & Health System Services.
Richard Krumenacker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Prior to their college education, they attended Our Lady of Good Counsel High School. Additionally, they received certification as a Professional Engineer from the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2004.
