Becky Silva

Becky Silva is a Human Resources professional with experience in various roles in the field. Becky has worked at Virginia Housing since October 2016, holding positions such as Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Coordinator, and Payroll Specialist. Prior to that, Becky worked at Paychex Inc from March 2001 to January 2015 as a Regional Trainer. Before their time at Paychex Inc, Becky was an Internet Marketing Developer at APEX Interactive from January 1999 to September 2000, where Becky developed and patented an internet search engine program. Currently, Becky is pursuing their education at Patrick & Henry Community College.
