Paul Brennan

Paul Brennan began his career at Virginia Housing in 1990 as Associate Counsel. He was soon promoted to Senior Counsel and then to Deputy General Counsel. He was named Chief Counsel in 2018 and Chief of Staff in 2021.

For Paul, working at Virginia Housing is an honor. He most enjoys the commitment to excellence of the many associates he works with on Virginia Housing’s mission to create affordable housing.

Paul earned a BA in economics from the University of Notre Dame and his JD from the University of Notre Dame’s Law School. Prior to Virginia Housing, Paul worked in private practice.
