Tammy Neale

Tammy Neale began her career with Virginia Housing in 1985 as a post-closing paralegal. Since then, she has held a number of roles, including Strategic Planning Leader, Managing Director of Human Resources and Managing Director and Chief Learning Officer of the newly formed Organizational Development & Learning Division. In 2018, Tammy was promoted to Chief of Staff, where she continued her work in enterprise-wide planning, organizational development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives. In 2021, she was named Chief of Programs.

Tammy loves working at Virginia Housing because of the positive work culture and forward-focused mission.

She is a graduate of the University of Richmond.
