Conor Keegan

Conor Keegan, PhD, currently serves as the Head of Health Insurance Regulatory Affairs at Vhi since August 2022. Prior to this role, Conor held various positions at the Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI) from January 2016 to July 2022, including Research Officer, Senior Research Officer, and Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Health Economics. Conor's academic experience includes serving as a Lecturer and Course Organiser for Healthcare Policy and Practice in Ireland at the Boston University Dublin Internship Programme, as well as tutoring at Trinity College Dublin. Conor's early career features roles such as Health Economics Researcher at the Centre of Health Policy and Management and Statistical Analyst at ESRI, along with a Market Analyst position at Eirgrid plc. Conor obtained a PhD in Health Economics, an MSc in Economics, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, all from Trinity College Dublin.
