Lynn Wilson

Lynn Wilson currently serves as the Head of People Operations for Vhi, focusing on Group People & Sustainability since May 2023. Prior to this role, Lynn was a Workforce Planning Manager at Meta from August 2022 to February 2023, contributing to the Fintech Business Group's Workforce Management Strategy. Lynn's extensive experience at TFG spanned over 15 years, where significant achievements include progressing from HR Team Leader to Senior Manager for HR Business Processes and leading multiple HR technology implementations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and postgraduate studies in Management Practice and Project Management from renowned institutions such as the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town and GIBS Business School.
