Rahel de Vriend is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation, partnerships, and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation Research & (Tech) Scouting at TNW, Rahel supports corporate innovation efforts by linking them with the startup ecosystem through targeted research and scouting. Additionally, Rahel holds leadership roles at Vrijheidscolleges, VHTO, and previously at Blendle and equals.amsterdam, focusing on inspiring freedom, promoting women in STEM, and fostering female entrepreneurship in Amsterdam. With a solid foundation in communication and media studies from the University of Amsterdam, Rahel's background includes founding initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity in media and building digital solutions for workspaces.
