Eric Henning

Eric Henning, CPIM, has extensive work experience in supply chain and procurement roles. Eric currently works as the Sourcing Director at Vi-Jon, where they are responsible for all aspects of category management related to secondary packaging materials. Prior to this, they worked at Nature's Variety as the Director of Product Supply and at Luxco: Spirited Brands as a Supply Chain Manager. In these roles, they managed strategic sourcing, negotiated contracts, and ensured supplier compliance. Eric also has experience in procurement management at Ralcorp Holdings, where they were responsible for packaging material management and contract management. Earlier in their career, Eric held various roles at Luxco: Spirited Brands, including Operations Manager and Materials and Inventory Manager. Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in materials and inventory management, production planning, and supplier relationship management.

Eric Henning, CPIM, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business from Fontbonne University which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts & Science degree in General Studies from Jefferson College between 1988 and 1990. Additionally, Eric attended St. Pius X from 1984 to 1987, although it is not specified what degree or field of study they pursued during that time.
