Swadesh Behera

Swadesh Behera is an experienced human resources leader, currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Titan Company Limited. Previous roles include Senior Director of Human Resources at Boston Scientific, overseeing multiple functions such as Commercial, R&D, GBS, and IT, as well as earlier positions as Regional Director of Human Resources for the India Hub and Director of Talent Management in Europe. Additional experience includes serving as a consultant at MSD Welcome Trust Hilleman Laboratories and as Director of Human Resources at MSD Pharmaceuticals (MERCK & CO.), along with a directorial role in HR for the India Region at Ranbaxy Laboratories. Swadesh Behera holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and completed an executive education program at Cornell University in 2014.
