Greg Billhartz

Greg Billhartz joined Vi-Jon in September 2020. He brings more than eight years of experience in the private label and consumer products industries and previously served on an interim basis as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to Vi-Jon, Greg served in a variety of legal, human resources, governance and compliance roles at Bunge Limited, a global agribusiness and food ingredients business, most recently as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel (Governance and Securities) and Corporate Secretary. Before joining Bunge, Greg was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for Maschhoff Family Foods, a privately-owned agribusiness company, and Corporate Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Ralcorp Holdings, Inc., a publicly-traded manufacturer of private brand food products, where he served as a member of the executive team and led the company’s legal, human resources and compliance functions. Greg has extensive experience advising boards of directors and executive teams in connection with mergers, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives, corporate governance, strategy development, and capital markets and financing activities.

Greg is a CPA and licensed attorney and worked in public accounting and in private legal practice earlier in his career. Greg received a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a JD from St. Louis University.
