Angela Crees

Angela Crees is a seasoned professional in real estate and capital markets, currently serving as Senior Director of Development & Capital Markets at Vi since February 2019, following their role as Director of Business Analysis. Prior experience includes Investment Advisory at HFF, where Angela specialized in underwriting and executing deals for middle market multifamily assets, managing transactions ranging from $10 to $200 million. Angela has also held the position of Transactions Specialist at Equity Residential, contributing to $6 billion in sales across various property types, and worked as a Lease Accountant at McDonald's Corporation. Angela's early career included project management for the opening of a downtown Chicago location at Toni Patisserie & Cafe and an internship with the US Commercial Service. Angela holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, along with experience in a foreign exchange program at Universite Dauphine.
