Ann Marie Soraghan

Ann Marie Soraghan currently serves as the VP of Total Rewards at Vi, a position held since February 2014, after progressing through various roles within the organization, including AVP of Total Rewards, Payroll & HRIS and Sr. Director of Total Rewards, Payroll & HRIS. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Compensation and Benefits at Classic Residence by Hyatt and Compensation and Benefits Manager before joining Pritzker Realty Group, L.P. as an HR Administrator. Ann Marie began their career as an HR Assistant at Harpo, Inc. Educational achievements include a Master’s Degree from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
