James Gastonguay

James Gastonguay is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Vi since February 2018, James is responsible for personnel management, nursing education, public speaking, and conflict resolution, overseeing a team of over 50 staff members. Prior experience includes roles as an Intensive Care Nurse at Mountain Vista Medical Center and House Supervisor at multiple facilities, where James provided direct patient care, coordinated staffing needs, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Northern Arizona University, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from GateWay Community College, and has participated in the Emerging Leaders Program at Harvard University.
