Marya Khalil-Otto has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Marya began their career as an Intern at Vitamin C Communications, where they assisted with all elements of marketing for venues, companies, and events, participated in guerilla marketing, created online campaigns, conducted research on targeted demographics, created, wrote and directed company blog and social networking pages. In the same year, they also worked as an Administrative Assistant at The Vitality Institute South Beach and as a Production Coordinator at Digital Media Graphix. In 2009, they also worked as a Deco Drive Intern at WSVN Channel 7. In 2010, Marya began working at VI Peel, first as a Customer Service Representative, where they built strong relationships with customers and National sales reps, processed orders using Quickbooks, and aided potential customers by answering product and service questions. Marya then moved up to the role of Vice President, where they were responsible for creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction, as well as leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of other executive leaders. Finally, they were appointed President and CEO of VI Peel, where they developed the original VI Peel to their teenage daughters' acne, Marya, and restore their confidence.
Marya Khalil-Otto attended Archbishop Curley-Notre Dame High-school from 2001 to 2005, and then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Cinema Studies and Journalism at New York University from 2005 to 2008. Marya also holds a certification from The Predictive Group, Inc.
