Zachary Kemper is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health navigation and the arts. Currently serving as a PrEP/PEP Navigator and Case Manager at Via Care Community Health Center since October 2021, Zachary previously worked as a Drama Specialist for the City of Beverly Hills, where Zachary directed children's productions, including "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" and "Newsies!" Additionally, Zachary was a Staff Photographer for Break The Floor Productions during season 4 of Radix Dance Competition and Convention, traveling extensively for photography work. Prior roles include Sales Advisor and Department Specialist at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, focusing on customer service and denim specialization, and serving as an Executive Assistant at Legacy | GGE, managing office tasks for the CEO. Zachary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UC Irvine and has pursued BFA studies in Acting at Pace University.

Via Care is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in East LA providing exceptional care to patients in our service area throughout their lives. As a community-based organization, Via Care fulfills its mission by delivering quality healthcare services throughout the entire life cycle, in a manner that is respectful and conscious of the cultural and linguistic needs of our patients and their families. Via Care offers medical, dental and behavioral health services, including extensive family planning, health screenings, primary and acute care, women's health, pediatrics, HIV testing and treatment, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, COVID-19 testing and vaccinations, podiatry, pharmacy services and more. Behavioral health services provide confidential, accessible counseling and support. In addition, collaborative relationships with local hospitals ensure that patients will receive the highest level of care in any and all situations. Headquartered in East Los Angeles, Via Care operates 14 clinics in East LA and South Gate, including student health centers at East LA College, West LA College, LA Trade Tech College, Rio Hondo College, and a school-based wellness center at Garfield High School. Via Care has providers and staff who are Spanish-speaking and LGBTQ+ friendly.
