Tim C.

Tim C. has over 20 years of experience in intellectual property law and patent strategy. Tim most recently served as the Head of Licensing & Patent Strategy at Via Licensing Corporation from 2018 to the present. Before that, they worked at Nike as the Chief Patent Counsel from 2013 to 2017. Prior to Nike, Tim was the Chief IP Counsel at SAP AG from 2004 to 2012. Tim began their career at Sun Microsystems, where they worked in the Strategic Litigation Group & Software Patent Group from 1995 to 2003.

Tim C. attended the University of Virginia School of Law from 1987 to 1990, where they earned a JD degree.
