Mindy Hickman

Mindy Hickman has extensive experience in behavioral health and social work, currently serving as a Crisis Intake professional at Via Linda Behavioral Hospital since April 2022, while also working as a School Social Worker for Scottsdale Unified School District since July 2017. Previous roles include Crisis Counselor at Banner Psychiatric Center, Crisis Specialist at Crisis Response Network, and Crisis Interventionist at Banner Behavioral Health Hospital, among others. Mindy has a solid background in patient services and crisis management, complemented by a Master of Science in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Management from the University of Phoenix. Other relevant experiences include coordinating spa services, banking customer support, and extensive training roles throughout various positions in healthcare and customer service.
