Erica Buenaventura, CHRP®, is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Officer at VIA optronics since December 2021, Erica previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Winebrenner & Iñigo Insurance Brokers, Inc. from June to November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Officer at CW MARKETING & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION and Human Resources Assistant at both Aidea Philippines Incorporated and St. Dominic College of Asia. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from National College of Science and Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at De La Salle University - Dasmariñas.
