Henriette Gabris

Henriette Gabris has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Henriette is currently working as an Operations Manager at VIA OUTLETS since February 2022. Previously, they served as a General Manager at Mercure Hotels from September 2021 to January 2022.

Before that, Henriette worked at Accor for several years in various roles. Henriette was a General Manager from January 2018 to August 2021 and an Operations Manager in November to December 2017. Henriette also served as a Project Manager in September to October 2017, where they harmonized the Food and Beverage offer in a hotel complex. In June to August 2017, they were the Soul of House/Operations Manager at NOVOTEL Zürich Airport Messe, overseeing hotel operations departments. From October 2016 to May 2017, they worked as an Assistant Manager at NOVOTEL Zürich City West, assisting the hotel manager with team management and implementing projects.

Prior to their role at Accor, Henriette worked at Novotel Hotels as a Multi Hotel Revenue Manager & Market Place Responsible Zürich from 2012 to 2016. Henriette also served as a Multi Hotel Revenue Manager at NOVOTEL Budapest Danube and NOVOTEL Budapest Congress and World Trade Center in 2009, where they implemented revenue maximizing strategies. In 2008, they worked as a Reservations and Revenue Manager at NOVOTEL Budapest Danube, and from 2002 to 2006, they were the Front Office Manager at NOVOTEL Budapest Congress and World Trade Center.

Henriette Gabris attended Budapest Business School from 1997 to 2001. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Economics with a major in Catering and Hotel Management.
