Jose María started their career in 2010 as the owner of INFOCOSTE Getafe, a computer store where they managed operations such as repairing computers, providing technical support, customer service, and managing inventory.

In 2014, they worked as a driver for Suara Music, where they were responsible for transporting artists to and from the airport, hotel, and clubs.

During 2015, they held multiple positions, including being a crew member at McDonald's Corporation, a team member at Greggs, and a concierge/valet at Radisson Blu.

From 2016 to 2018, Jose María worked for Administración de Servicios tecnológicos 2001, an outsourcing company, where they initially served as a collections agent, managing recovery campaigns for international companies. Jose María was later promoted to the head of the recovery department, where they designed processes, trained agents, and achieved significant results.

In 2019, they worked as a Treasury Accountant for DER Touristik GmbH and as an Administrative International for Sampol, where they provided administrative support for projects in the Caribbean, managing payments, invoices, accounts, and reconciliation.

In 2020, Jose María worked as a Jefe administrativo UTE for ETRA, managing administrative tasks for the expansion project of an airport power plant.

Currently, they are employed as an Operations Controller Spain at VIA OUTLETS, where they oversee the operational functions.

Jose María M. has demonstrated their adaptability and skills in finance, accounting, administration, customer service, and project management throughout their career.

Jose María M. attended Colegio Los Angeles in Getafe Madrid, where they completed their Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO) in 1999. Jose María then went on to study at Centro de Formación Profesional INGLAN, where they completed a Técnico Auxiliar Administrativo, Grado Medio in Administration in 2001.
