Milen Milanov is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project and program management within the manufacturing and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Master Planner at VIA Rail Canada since September 2020, Milen has previously held key positions including Program Manager OEM at Spectra Premium Industries and Business Process Manager at eXplorance.
