Joelle Tolifero

Joelle Tolifero is an experienced professional currently serving as the Community Engagement Principal at Via since July 2025 and as the Founder & CEO of Your Care Collective since June 2020. Joelle has extensive experience in community service and education, including roles such as Trip Director at Westcoast Connection / 360° Student Travel, where leadership was provided for high school community service trips in various countries. Previous positions also include Program Director and Community Impact Manager at EducationSuperHighway, Associate Director of Student Services at Diversity Abroad, and various roles in residential life at Barnard College, Georgetown University, Northeastern University, and Columbia University. Joelle holds a Master of Arts in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
