Yotan Halfon is an experienced Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer currently employed at Via since June 2021, having previously held the same position at Onebeat from June 2016 to June 2021. Yotan has a strong background in providing technical, troubleshooting, and informative support through various support platform applications. Prior to this technical support career, Yotan worked in logistic management as a student at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel from October 2014 to January 2016. Yotan holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Bar-Ilan University, earned between 2012 and 2015.
