Treasurer at VIABILITY

Charlene Smolkowicz is the current Treasurer at VIABILITY. Charlene has over fifteen years of experience in the commercial banking industry. Charlene started their career as a Credit Analyst at Monson Savings Bank and then moved to Sovereign Bank of New England as a Financial Analyst. After a brief stint there, they joined People's United Bank where they spent almost a decade, rising through the ranks from Commercial Credit Analyst to Senior Commercial Credit Analyst, and finally Portfolio/Relationship Manager. In their current role at VIABILITY, they are responsible for assuring consistent application of and adherence to commercial credit policy and current regulations for both existing portfolio and new borrowers. Charlene also manages the commercial underwriting process and analyst team for C&I, Commercial Mortgage/CRE and nonprofit borrowers.

Charlene Smolkowicz has a B.S.B.A. from Northeastern University in Human Resource Management & Labor Relations and a Graduate Certificate from Bay Path University in Nonprofit Management.
