Brad Shropshire

Brad Shropshire serves as the Global Head of Collections at Enova International since August 2021 and has been the Vice President of Collections at OnDeck since December 2017, where responsibilities include developing recovery processes and loss mitigation strategies for small business lending. Previously, Shropshire held the position of Director of Accounts Receivable Management at Ditech Financial LLC from September 2010 to October 2017, overseeing various operational areas including Bankruptcy and Collections. Earlier roles include Vice President of Operations and Asset Sales at Hudson and Keyes, LLC, where efforts contributed to the start-up and management of a collection agency, and Asset Sales Manager at Thornton Capital, focusing on charged-off accounts. Shropshire earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Oklahoma Christian University between 1989 and 1994.
