Elsa Coupez

Elsa Coupez has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as DRH Adjointe at Viaccess-Orca since December 2021. Prior to this role, Elsa held various positions at Orange from January 2011 to January 2022, including DRH des Directions des Etats-Majors and Talent Manager for the Orange Graduate Programme. Elsa's earlier career included roles at Orange Business Services and Silicomp Management, focusing on HR responsibilities and recruitment. Elsa holds a Master 2 degree in management des hommes et des organisations from École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management, as well as a preparatory class diploma in economic and social studies from Lycée Jean-Baptiste Corot.
